Chemical cleaning

Blow-out process

Continuous low-pressure steam blowing protects the system, limits the blow-out time, reduces the costs. We plan and calculate for you e.g. the stress calculation for provisional blow-out solutions. Furthermore, the required quantities of water and pump capacities, the system design, the blow-out scheme, etc.

Oil removal online/water conditioning

The patented method for cleaning oil-contaminated cooling water circuits on the basis of ultrafiltration and emulsification during operation is also a concept that is offered for planning and monitoring. For water conditioning, we analyse, assess and measure and recommend process options to you, if applicable.
